Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel by all means. I travel as a part of my work(aviation), and see what 4-star hotel means in different countries. This one is a pure joy to be in. Free parking and WiFi, good location, great breakfast, great rooms and really nice personell. Amazing. We were traveling with the dog, and all of the hotel staff loved it. I did observe, they have behaved similar around other dogs in the hotel too. My shirt got stained by what I was eating in the town, and they washed it together with two of my towels, without any issue, although this service is not advertised, a really nice touch. They really do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Also, they include local cheese(Paski sir) and hams(Prsut, which is not a ham, a better version of what Italians call “prsciuto crudo”) in the breakfast, so, in a way, you can taste Croatia too(I am a Croat, I have tried it before,but it is a nice for foreigners too, as it gives them a chance to try local food even during breakfast, which is really good). Hotel is close to city center, and an amazing Strasko Camp is relatively close, in the more quiet area of Novalja, but close enough to everything.
@To the hotel owners: Please build a pool(not really needed, as beaches in Novalja are great) or a welness centre, and hotel will be magnificent.

Older hotel, but charming staff.
We went to Croatia for the first time and we were nervous about the hotel, however, we were pleasantly satisfied.
The rooms-we had a total of 3 rooms including a 2 bedroom suite. They are a bit dated, but clean and nice layout. Curtains block the sunlight very well.
There is a small refrigerator in the suite, so you can store drinks or whatever.
The bathroom in the suite has a huge tub you have to climb into. The bathroom door creaked and the towels were very hard.
Also on one side of the hotel there is not an elevator. We didnt have to worry about taking our bags up and down as the staff took care of that for us. Also I would suggest that they add railing to the stairs.
Minor things, nothing to ruin the stay.
One of the rooms had a balcony with a nice view of the water and the city center.
The staff was excellent. We were greeted with welcome champagne. They were always smiling and very helpful. They made an excellent restaurant recommendation that we loved. The restaurant at the hotel was nice and good as well. Again, great attentive service. Nice patio area to enjoy drinks and/or dinner.
Overall, I would stay here again.(although I would bring my own towels).Great location. Close to Zrce beach and a short walk to the city center where there are shops and restaurants. There is also a bus stop that is a 2-3 min walk away.The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Really nice atmosphere.
Stayed for one night on business. Very good value for money. Decent sized rooms with Balcony's. Had a great meal downstairs as well. Highly recommend anything sea food related. Good helpful and very enthusiastic staff. Weather was also awesome. Great spot

We were a group of 3 couples and we had a very good experience staying here. We took this hotel cos of its proximity to Zrće beach which is a cab away. The staff are so courteous and helpful. In our whole journey we had never received such a service. We were very much impressed with their service. Do stay here for its location and lovely staff. The rooms too are decent, only the ac in our room was lil slow to cool

Good locatoin, professional and friendly staff, new rooms and good food
We had a wonderful experience.
The location is good, not too close to the noisy central area and within a 5 minutes walk from it.
Everything is new in the rooms.
Very good food.
