Almost perfect location, the only feedbacks would be to put blackout curtains and to allow checkout later than 10am

Pros: Location, Staff, Room Cleanliness & Layout
Cons: Loud (apparently a Night Club in same or adjacent building), Air Conditioning struggled a little

The room had windows only 10 ft high. So strange! There was a huge air conditioner unit outside that sounded like factory all night and once you got used to that, a techno rave pumping very loud music too 5am. No sleep at all. The mattress was so hard and its in a 3 floor abandoned shopping centre with lift in and out the escalators had been blocked off and so figure there’s a fire hazard waiting to happen. Did not enjoy this place at all good job was only one night. Terrible value for money!

Hotel is great, on an upper floor of a failed mall so don’t let that put you off. Location of hotel is perfect for old town and the waterfront. Staff were very helpful. There is NO parking at the hotel. We ended up in a pay lot that was reasonably close - but pricey.

Large clean and tidy room. Room window small and high up so you could not see out.
Hotel built above derelict/ closed shopping centre which was slightly off putting.
Very central to everything within a 15 minute walk to the ferry and bus station.
