Small but perfectly formed

We stayed here for just one night before traveling on to Brac island.
We were welcomed by Nigel, our friendly and helpful host, who recommended places to go and talked us through a map of the local area.
The room is little, but clean, cool and comfortable and equipped with everything you'll need for a short stay.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Split and a short stroll to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the sea. The price is very reasonable too.
Would definitely recommend!

Welcoming host

We stayed in apartment Mayo it has the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in lovely decor original 500year old piece of wall which added the history of the room the host went above and beyond to help situated very central lots of restaurants and steeped in history all within walking distance we stayed for 7 nights but wish it was longer

Brilliant location, lovely comfortable and clean accommodation within the old town area of Split

Nigel and Lola are really welcoming hosts, and their accommodation is perfect for someone looking for somewhere comfortable, clean and quiet, yet right in the heart of the old streets of Split. Restaurants, bars, shops, the Palace, ferry port and beaches are just a short walk. We stayed a week, and could easily have stayed longer. The room we had was detached from the main house, but had everything you'd want, a good sized en-suite, plenty of storage space, and even air conditioning. I must declare an interest for Nigel is my wife's cousin; however I wouldn't write a good review unless it was deserved, and in this case it most definitely is.

Really nice stay in Room Leon

I can highly recommend this place. :)
The location of Room Leon is really good, near the city center, restaurants and beach. The room was nice and air-conditioned. From the host you got really good tips where to go and what to see. Thank you for a really nice visit!

Lovely room in great location

Had a wonderful one night stay in this very reasonably priced apartment. The hosts Nigel and Lola were extremely welcoming and couldn't have done more for us. Nigel took us on a tour of the best views and beaches in Split. They looked after our bags so that we could go to the beach after checking out and Nigel even drove us to the train station to avoid having to lug our heavy bags in midday heat! The room is cosy, very clean and there was complimentary wine, croissants and juice. And only a short walk into the centre of Split. Thoroughly enjoyed it here and wished we could have stayed longer!
