Villa Minerva Gardens is an exceptional place to stay , absolutely immaculate accommodation, well positioned, fantastic air conditioning, every little thing you may need is there, they have thought of everything! Beautiful garden too and extremely helpful management!!!!

Fairly ok.. July is high peak in Split so needed room for one night with family.. kind of ok and all works and owner definitely tried but its apartment and not hotel.
AC works well and wifi and kitchen etc and bathroom is good.. overall i would say 3star apartment but comparing for hotels 1-2star..
Location is good.
If could be better cleaned also the corners and below the bed so it would make bigger improvement..
Still did the job..

location is great, 10min walk to the action. The gardens could use some tending too but the rooms are wonderful.

Cleaning fee cash? Discutabele amount for 1 night. Adres support could be better.
And 3 times communication about check in time, 3 times around 16:30 and finale Nobody on that time

Host Nicolas was very responsive and helpful with all aspects of our stay. Food options near our apartment were excellent! Would definitely stay here again!
