Minor error with check-in. Codes didn't work for the door. No WIFI access at first, requiring me to access data to call the owner multiple times on WhatsApp before receiving a reply. Other than that, we appreciated the location - a bit away from the craziness. I would come back to this place.

Late arrival. Motion sensor would turn luggt off, in entry and stairs, after about 15 seconds. Had to mangae luggage and phone up 3 demi-flights. Also , breakfast isnt included even though it says it is on expedia page. Fortunately, little grocery across street saved me in the morning. The room is super nice. The fridge is nice but would have been nice to have some sort of beverages avail, for €, as the tap water tastes like soap. Coffee tray, but no creamer. Nice room which served its primary purpose, but a little expensive for the above stated reasons.

Host was great. Very helpful and responsive.
Quick and easy stay. Great walkable location to Split historic area.
Parking was a a bit of a booger to figure out no fault of the host. City parking meters not working right.
