Very comfortable, well located, exceptional breakfast.

We stayed for 1 week at Villa Vicko, 3 of us in an apartment with a beautiful sea view as shown in the photo (room 102, 25-30m2?). The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, especially the bedding. The rooms are very well soundproofed. The apartment's kitchen is quite basic but more than sufficient for making salads in the evening. The breakfast (the one at the villa, not the hotel) is truly exceptional in variety and freshness. It is more of a brunch than a breakfast, both in terms of savory and sweet options. There is direct access to the sea with a small garden and lounge chairs in the shade of the trees. As everywhere in Croatia, the beach is pebbly and rocky, but the water is so clear... if you like hiking, you are 5 minutes from the Paklenica gorge, 30 minutes from Novigrad and kayaking on the Zrmanja; however, it is more than an hour to Life on Mars on Pag, North Velebit, and Plitvice. Starigrad is a small, rather family-oriented resort.

Very good choice for a reasonable price

A very beautiful, recent, clean, and comfortable house by the water, very good welcome and excellent breakfast - I recommend this property

Lovely location on the sea front. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful outside area.
Unfortunately room is dated and especially the bathroom which is very dated. Air conditioning is also very old and needs upgrading. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast here is *amazing* - and nothing to fault in terms of staff helpfulness. We only stayed one night and wished we had booked for more. Lovely environs and comfortable, air conditioned room. Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommended.

Excellent. Beautiful garden area goes down to the sea (swimming area). Outstanding breakfast. Lovely walk along the sea wall into the village.
