Simple and okay
It was just as expected for the price. We had 2 rooms with 3 beds. The rooms are simple and clean with good beds. The shower/bathroom/toilet is cramped, but with a hairdryer. There was also a refrigerator and television in the rooms. Also, there was free WiFi, which I didn't use. Unfortunately, there is no possibility of making tea or coffee. One room had a fan, and the other one didn't. Public transport is close by. For one night, it is really good.
It looked like the breakfast part was closed. And I wished they had a coffee machine downstairs. At the roof, it said there was a bar, but it wasn't there, or it was not opened (at Saturday night).
We parked there, and that part was unclear if there was space. They have a place for 6 cars. Also, it was unclear that it wasn't included in the booking.

Not again!
This review is based solely on personal experience and therefore reflects only personal opinions.
Unfortunately, this hotel is a complete disaster. There's a trap lurking at every point where extra money is pulled out of your pocket. But all after each other.
First, I've never seen you have to pay extra money if you check in after 11pm. Especially if you have already paid for this day and night. And especially if a reception has to be manned 24/7 (just for emergencies). Actually. It's different here! Parking exactly the same, pointed out nothing and bang after 1 hour (randomly seen) stuck a note either pay 15€ or it is towed.
The rooms disastrous, absolutely outdated. Stains everywhere and the bathroom - well whether it's also age spots or mold or several years not properly cleaned, you can't say exactly. Worst of all, however, for this alleged 3-star hotel is that there is no air conditioning (naughtiness). At higher temperatures, you can lie down in an oven - it's the same.
I could go on like this forever, with complaints, doors that you had to fix yourself because they don't work until breakfast. It would all be too much.
Conclusion: Please, spend 5-10€ more and go to a reasonable hotel. Where you get something for your money.

Excellent hotel
Hotel far from the center, but in a great location for travel by public transport (in 5 min you arrive downtown by metro).
Friendly and helpful staff, large room, bright, comfortable but not very clean as there are veils of dust everywhere...
Sometimes on returning to the room the staff forgot clean towels but at our request they brought them immediately.
Overall the hotel met our expectations, the stay was pleasant.

A night of horror
We stayed in a nice room with 2 balconies on the 4th floor. The beds were clean, carefully made, comfortable. The bathroom is also nice and clean. Absolute satisfaction, which, however, ended for us at 10 pm! In the next room, Ukrainian tourists started shouting, making noise. We reported the matter to the reception, we were promised that they would resolve the matter and gave us a phone number to call in the event of continued rampage. At 0:30 it was unbearable, the volume of the roar was increasing, so we called. The employee promised to "send someone over there". About 10 minutes thanks to the SILENCE. Then it started all over again! We experienced a night of horror - they went on a rampage until 3am!!! In the morning, I asked for the relocation of reckless ignoramuses. They say it's not possible. In the morning, we moved 2 floors higher - to a room on a different level than the one I reserved. Instead of beds, insanely hard couches, uncomfortable, sloppily covered - the sheet didn't hold, sometimes I slept directly on the rough, unpleasant upholstery! The stay did not match the price and our idea at all, a big disappointment. Decent people didn't sleep, the ill-mannered were completely forgiven for disturbing the night. Appalling! Compensation is in order.
