Excellent stay
It was an amazing stay, very clean and tidy rooms, everyday cleaning and very helpful and nice staff. You can also charge your electric car because they have a Tesla slow charging stations in the parking. The breakfast was excellent and everything ( acommodation + breakfast ) was perfect for a good price.

Mediocre
Dogs are tolerated but not welcome. The dog was not allowed in the breakfast room. We had to eat breakfast in the lobby:-(

Spent a few pleasant days
By and large, we liked it. Unfortunately, only 4 German TV channels and nothing decent on them. Getting into the shower requires stepping over a high bathtub (not for people with limitations). The breakfast room was over-air-conditioned. We almost froze in there. The breakfast buffet was great with a large selection. Everything your heart desires. The hotel is clean and modernly furnished. You have a good distance to walk to the subway station. 10-15 minutes. But it is doable. There is a large shopping center at the subway station. Overall, we liked it.

Poor management of incidents and event control
It was a bad experience to be evicted from the hotel, with evacuation alarms because a person smoked in a room; I do not believe that that should have caused the entire building to be evacuated. Furthermore, the staff acted incorrectly in attending to the people in this situation.

We had a very pleasant stay at Occidental Praha. The staff was nice, the hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was big and diverse with different fruits every day. Thanks!
