Overnight stop,on tour

Friendly staff, clean rooms and secure motorbike parking. Great service from Maria in the restaurant and bar.

Solid for 1 night

Very friendly staff, the food tasted very good. The shops, restaurants and museums are within walking distance. However, the hotel is a bit old, both in terms of the rooms and the overall appearance. For 1 night it is fine, but nothing more. The price-performance ratio is not quite right.

Not recomand

Poor quality services and rude, disrespectful staff. A very unpleasant experience, far below hotel standards. Definitely not recommended.

Since you were a part of a larger group that acted quite rude towards our staff when trying to break international copyright laws in our Bar, we have no further comments.

Big price, under expectations, dirty floors.

The hotel rooms are not clean, the floors inside the room are dirty, the towels are not changed, we stayed for 3 night, nobody cleaned our room or changed the rowela.The windows are old and do not open properly, the heating was not working in my room. I do not recommend.

Bad experience

This was easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Check-in was slow and the staff treated guests like a burden. The room smelled bad, the bathroom had mold, and the shower barely had warm water. The walls were so thin we couldn’t sleep because of the noise.
Breakfast was cold, limited, and never refilled. To make things worse, when we asked for access to the TV, they refused and actually called the police on us for simply requesting it.
When we complained at checkout, the manager showed no concern whatsoever. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
