An Unforgettable Family Stay. Thank You to the Amazing Team!
We had such a wonderful stay at the Protea Hotel with our whole family and are leaving with so many beautiful memories.
From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, attentive, and professional, and their hospitality made our family stay truly special.
A huge thank you to Hosanna, Francine, Rebecca, Rachel, Marcus, and Kevin for their kindness and especially for the care and attention they showed our son. As parents, it meant so much to us to see how welcoming and thoughtful they were with him. Thank you for your professionalism and for making our family feel so comfortable and at home.
We would like to give a very special and heartfelt thank you to Dieu Merci. His outstanding professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made a real difference throughout our stay. Great place to stay. A little less private for the rooms but definitely enjoyable. Servers were great, Rebecca, Sionna, Francine and Co were so amazing at their job, with beautiful smiles. Front desk personnel were impeccable and impressive! Security personnel very professional with attention to details. The only problem is prices of foods and beverages including water. Not every customer works in the mining industry or in the Congolese government ( getting and wasting free money). However, I would definitely go back!

The hotel is very modern. It’s also peaceful and quiet. The staff are really helpful and very nice. The room décor is simple but still feels luxurious. The food menu for room service is affordable, and the breakfast is nice as well. I really recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again.
