Excellent stay. Brian 10/10!!

My wife and I stayed for one night to celebrate our anniversary and the experience was excellent. Knowing about our special occasion, they assigned us the room with the best view of the square and the cathedral.
The service was very good, especially from Brian, who carried our luggage up 3 flights of stairs and took the time to show us every detail of the room. Always willing to go beyond what is required to provide excellent service. His language was always very warm and appropriate 10/10 for Brian.

I do not recommend this place.

I truly feel very sorry for having entered Booking, reserving a room, arriving at the hotel, and experiencing total DISAPPOINTMENT, because what is shown in the photos is NOT REAL. I made a reservation for my parents, and they were given a horrible, old, and small suite; it was not what was reserved. The service was very poor because they did not solve the problem; the excuse was that they were full, even though the reservation was made AND PAID A MONTH IN ADVANCE. We felt CHEATED AND DECEIVED. I do not recommend this place.
The "suite" received (which was not what was reserved) was small, ugly, the knob was defective, the floor creaked, and there was nowhere to put clothes. The bathroom is tiny. Terrible.

Great location, but you pay for it with some outside noise

Lot to like for this place. Great location steps from the cathedral and central square, restaurants and markets too. Lovely old rooms with tall ceilings, french doors/balcony, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink, and good filling hot breakfast each day. And what a view of the cathedral domes, beautifilly lit at night! But that central location means it's noisy, sometimes on the weekends until pretty late at night. The shower was a bit wonky too. However, a great price, probably would stay here again

Worst night ever.

Don’t stay there if you plan to sleep at night. The place is so noisy that it seems like you are trying to sleep in the park.
You can hear the chirping of the crosswalk light, and cars and motorcycles speeding next to your ear. You can understand people talking outside while lying on your 3rd floor room!
Good location but nothing matters if you can’t have a decent rest.

Nice hotel but very noisy

The hotel is very nice and cheap, and the rooms are quite big and clean. It is also very nicely located and some rooms have a view on the cathedral. The breakfast is not bad as well. All that is eclipsed by the fact that the hotel is very noisy and at night you can hear everything and it makes it very hard to sleep. Moreover, the room was quite cold and there was no heater. One last thing, we had no wifi in our room. Overall, very nice rooms but it could be a lot better.
