Terrible service

Terrible service, suites 0 privacy, bad food, I ordered chicken soup and the potato was damaged, they didn't let me change it for another food option. Breakfast took half an hour and apart from the fact that it arrived late it was cold. Very bad staff attention. The only good thing was the room which was clean. I don't recommend it for anything.

Hice reserva en Booking.com para este hotel, queríamos algo más rústico y rodeado de naturaleza y ciertamente la ubicación del hotel es perfecta en ese sentido. Sin embargo debido a la ubicación de las habitaciones, bajar las maletas hasta allí fue todo un reto y muy incómodo. Cuando por fin nos acomodamos en la habitación no pudimos conectarnos al wifi, y nos dijeron que el servicio no funcionaba para iPhones?????, a pesar de que este es uno de los servicios disponibles que mencionan al momento de la reserva. Por nuestro trabajo no podemos estar desconectados totalmente, por lo que pedimos que nos den una solución, ya que el wifi fue uno de los motivos por los que escogimos el hotel. Nos movieron la reserva al hotel que tienen en el centro de la ciudad y nos tocó volver a sacar las maletas (por toda esa ruta incómoda) y fuimos al Hotel San Juan que fue donde nos movieron. En ese hotel fue otro desastre, también sin wifi, sin agua caliente, el garage a 2 cuadras del hotel y no tenían personal para ayudar a movilizar las maletas. Duramos solo 1 noche ahí porque ya era tarde para buscar hospedaje a esa hora, y al día siguiente pedimos que nos cancelen toda la reserva y tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel, que por suerte si tenían buen servicio, wifi, agua caliente, garage privado y buena comida.
