Very fantastic visit with the family
Mr. Edison is a very attentive and cordial person. In the city of Cuenca we were very fantastically very organized and clean its churches very well maintained

We had an excellent experience at this hotel, especially during an unexpected and difficult situation. Unfortunately, we became sick during our stay, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
The front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful. They coordinated for a doctor to come directly to our room, which was extremely convenient and reassuring given that we were not feeling well. The doctor who came to see us was fantastic—professional, caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we received the proper attention and care.
The entire hotel team showed genuine concern and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service made a stressful situation much easier.
We are truly grateful for the exceptional attention and assistance we received. Thank you to the entire team, especially the front desk, for taking such wonderful care of us. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Great value in Cuenca, exceptional staff
We had a small hiccup during our stay, and the way the team handled it was the highlight of the trip — they resolved it quickly and then went well beyond what we expected. Manager María José Maldonado and her staff were attentive, gracious, and genuinely invested in making our stay a great one.
The hotel itself delivers: excellent location, warm atmosphere, and beautiful rooms for the value. Breakfast was a great start to each morning, and the airport shuttle was a welcome touch. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Cuenca.
