Excellent sea view from the restaurant

The view is spectacular of the restaurant, with the pool and the sea , the Service is very good of the staff but the hotel needs a remodel

I fall in love with the hotel and blanket. I always want to go back. And I don't want to leave.

Every day has been a wonderful experience. Whenever I visit them from reception all the very friendly staff. The always impeccable rooms, I definitely recommend a quiet place to rest. Breakfast, food, cocktails in the restaurant are 10 out of 10. I would always choose this hotel for every occasion.

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE

A real experience, we were delighted with the attention of the staff, we could enjoy its beautiful pool, the whirlpool, WE LOVED THE CINEMA ON THE BEACH, a unique experience and different to other hotels where we have stayed.

Poseidon Insanity

It is Saturday night, September 13 and there sounds like a riot with music going on upstairs. Are people deaf?? They must be when it comes to hearing complaints about the noise. The noise was unbearable. What kind of business allows a wild party that disturbs the entire neighborhood??? No respect for others. It is a disgraceful display of pure ignorance.

Definitely not 5stars hotel!

The staff were really nice, but the food, terrible. Breakfast was very simple, not so many options. Asked the waitress, if they had nuts or popcorn, to eat with the drink, but they do not. Our room neighbors, was singing and yelling, until 3am, we contacted the reception and they did nothing. Also, on saturday, there was a wedding happening at the pool, music very loud we couldn’t sleep, and my fiancée had Ironman on the next day.
Definitely not coming back. Oro Verde hotel it’s so much better!
