We were very happy there and will definitely come back again.

We felt very comfortable at Hotel Atum. It was very clean, the staff were super nice, and they took very good care of us. If you really want to get to know Cairo and the locals, you are in exactly the right place in the neighborhood where the hotel is. The elevator is a bit adventurous, the hotel starts on the 3rd floor. Floor, but once you get to the top, it is very nice, with its own café.

Nice central accommodation

Hotel Atum is centrally located in Cairo Downtown. The elevator to the hotel is very old, but served its purpose when the doors were closed (it only ran when the inside doors were closed). The reception was friendly and we got a nice room. This seemed very modern and noble. The bathroom was good, the breakfast in the associated Café Atum was also ok. Unfortunately there was not the hopefully good coffee of the cafe, but instant coffee and the cappuccino as well as the separate milk were powder-based. We were allowed to leave the luggage there longer. The staff was very nice. The wifi in our room almost never went. We were logged in a total of 4 networks and mostly always worked another time at short notice. Watching a series on the Netflix-enabled TV in the evening was actually not possible without failure. What I didn't know is that at checkout
the room was checked before we could check out. The linen hung to the courtyard to dry outside. The wall was super dirty though and the linen was on the dirt. This didn't affect our room, but this could improve the hotel.
We would love to come back and hope that the wifi is better and the Atum Hotel in Cairo will establish itself properly and perfect the processes. The nice rooms, the friendly staff and the top location form the cornerstone of it. 4.5 out of 5 stars

We had an excellent stay at the Atum Hotel. It was my boyfriend and myself (two Americans in our 20s), and we felt very comfortable and safe here! The staff, the room, the food, and the location were all incredible! The staff was very helpful in arranging our pickup and offering to book tours for us. The room was nice with high ceilings, a nice shower, and lots of storage. The hotel is the 4th floor of the building, and the elevator is pretty sketchy, but other than that, everything was great! There are many restaurants right outside the restaurant, and it was fun to sit inside or outside at the hotel cafe a look at the city. The noise in the room wasn’t too bad, and we slept with earplugs and had absolutely no issues. Definitely recommend!

clean and beautiful room, courteous staff. Abdelwahab made our stay so comfortable we chose to come back and book with Atum again. He made our stay so comfortable we decided to come back and book again during our trips in and out of Cairo.
