We had a pleasent stay at the accomodation. The staff was very helpfull, especialy Achmed. Child friendly, very nice swimmingpool, refressing drinks. And an amazing view at the Pyramids. Large Rooms, comfortable beds. We were very happy at this accomodation

Restful hotel kind staff not close to restaurants or shops

The hotel itself is okay, I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 stars. Maybe 3. But the location is horrible. It’s in the middle of nowhere. Not walkable to any thing, not restaurants, shops. Hotel has a restaurant on 5th floor, limited menu. I didn’t eat there. So i guess you need to uber to the city of Giza. Or rest in place.

Terrible.

Booked on Booking, once arrived the manager tells us that the rooms are occupied and moves us to a nearby structure from which we escape after 30 minutes. And most importantly, after being entrusted to a staff who did not speak a word of English. Surreal experience, the worst of my life

A bit far from the pyramids but you get what you pay for, rooms were ok, quite a new building so was alright. No hot water in the rooms, so wasn’t good. Non existent breakfast - so went to McDonald’s instead. We had a car so was a good location for pyramids and GEM.

One night stay

Our tour operator booked us in saying it was a 4* hotel . It was not but was adequate and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee and reception went and got us milk. There is a small pool and seating area on the roof . There is a dining area where you can get food in the evening. As there doesn’t appear to be anywhere local in the immediate area. Breakfast was provided and it was good .
The main thing is the view from the top of the building of the pyramids .
