Bad experience

Worst experience ever in Hurghada. I state that I have been coming to Hurghada for more than 15 years, in hotels, resorts, apartments. Never have I had such a bad experience as this. From the first day of my stay there are and there have been problems. Water is lacking, but not because of government restrictions, but because of poor management of the facility. Cleanliness in the front entrance is non-existent, garbage is everywhere, with puddles of unhealthy and smelly liquids every day. On my last complaint, the manager responded by aggressively shouting "if you don't like Paradise Hill, leave." The staff at the reception speaks only Arabic, so communication also becomes difficult and worsens the state of total confusion that is denoted in every corner. Everything is left to the mercy of nothing. I conclude by writing that I would never, ever recommend this property
