Successful birthday

We went out to dinner with friends on Ascension Day for my husband's birthday. Very good choice and especially not disappointed with the service, the meal, and the candle on the dessert.
The dishes are original, refined, and delicious.
The welcome is perfect, neither too much nor too little, just enough to feel good. The only small issue, but not the restaurant's fault, was the noise from the occupants of the neighboring tables.
We will gladly return.

The essential of Albi.

A very friendly welcome from the boss and staff.Professional service and very refined and imaginative cuisine.At this level of quality the price is very reasonable.
As for the lunch the quality / price ratio is exceptional.To not spoil anything the setting is in very good taste.

Not bad...

Nice place for dinner.
Baroque decoration and gourmet plate.
Just give back to the service a less “prout prout” argument like; “we are “on” a meat ... we are “on “a ganache ... etc etc etc etc.
The waiter who took care of us kindly thinks he is a Michelin-starred restaurant brigade chef:-)
It’s just overrated!
Simplicity is good too.

Superb weekend

We spent a weekend with our children at the Alchimy Hotel well placed in the center of Albi. We were very well received, the rooms are nice and very well appointed, the restaurant, intimate with these enclaves and impressive decoration, offers a large selection of delicious dishes.

Great stay in historical Albi

Lawrence made our stay even more wonderful and everything was perfect from our quiet suite with a view to fitting us in last minute for breakfast
