Respect for staff

It's a shame that the activities manager has no respect or consideration for her staff....
At the slightest little problem, you can be sure that she will not be there to support her team, but rather to tear them down. An attitude that I strongly advise against for future activity leaders who are looking for caring management and genuine support.
It's a shame, because the activity leaders do an excellent job and are very appreciated by the guests. Rather than parting ways with employees who are doing their jobs correctly, it would be better to question the management practices that create these situations.
It is also a shame that management does not seem to want to hear this.

Not great!!!!!

Very average!! Room located on the ground floor...at eye level...and no curtains on the window except for a rolling shutter and a very opaque blackout blind! Hence the obligation to live in artificial light because of the incessant passing in front of the window...furthermore the lighting is really very "discreet"....Smell of stale tobacco upon arrival. Overall, the room was clean but very basic in terms of decor. The bathroom was recently renovated, so that's a plus. Meal quality was very mediocre, except for the breakfast, which was very good. Service in the dining room was very inconsistent. Very noisy in the evening. I think the accommodations further from the reception are quieter... but I definitely won't be coming back!
Distance from the sea as well.

Average, but for one or two nights it is fine.

I stayed for one night in this village, vacation.
The room is very large, but the shower is very small and slippery! Even though it was newly renovated, it still lacks an outlet for a hairdryer or a straightener or curling iron!
The room is very dark, as there are poor lighting fixtures, and you will still find old electrical boxes with outdated applications in the room…
There is no air conditioning.
Positive point, the very comfortable window and a shutter allow for complete darkness.
Regarding breakfast, I advise against having it there; the coffee has no flavor and is almost solid! And everything is industrial, like frozen croissants and pain au chocolat! You will be served eggs in a mushy form, but the bread and cheese are good!
