Terrible apartment hotel.
I will contact the consumer protection agency as soon as I return.
Dirty, very dirty. Everything is deteriorated.
Urine or something I do not know on the walls.
Electrical outlets that do not work or worse, completely out of the walls.
Far, very far from the photos and descriptions on the site.
This will not end here; I am requesting a refund.

Unsanitary, it should be closed due to poor hygiene
From the outside it looks like a shanty, and on the inside it is filthy; if there is a health department here, they should close this hotel, it is unsanitary

Terrible experience
It is June 12th and we learn upon arrival that no pool is functioning. We rented apartments 3 months ago for 2 nights and they placed us at the opposite end of the residence. The beds are not made, the linen sets do not match the beds, the furniture is covered in grease marks, there are cockroaches in the kitchen, exposed electrical outlets in the hallway, the crank for closing the shutters comes off in our hands… no gesture offered for the pool or anything else. They offered us a refund and we are still waiting for the email. Everything needs to be reviewed but above all, do not go there!!!! For those who want to take collective action, please contact me.
