Quiet, quiet, tranquility but not clean

Solo with my dog, I bought myself a "bedroom-suite" with garden and private Jacuzzi overlooking Golf Chiberta and ocean view in the distance... The idyllic setting, beautiful with however too many vis-à-vis when you are in the Jacuzzi. The staff has remedied it with a makeshift solution but it already is. On the golf side, beware, I received 2 golf balls in the garden; 10 seconds before I was on the terrace, ready to receive the "missile". The condition of the room, and the furniture, is good to be changed; the photos of the site, from the Welcoming to the parking lot to the rooms are photos out of time... they have nothing to do with reality anymore. It's not new either, but the cleaning leaves something to be desired. I paid almost 2000 € for a kitchen not very clean; the dishwasher filled by the previous occupant; the stained dining table; the floor scratched by the chairs (I bought and glued felts under each foot); a wardrobe in the bedroom area worthy of a recovery from a child's room; very painful bedding for the back (in the middle); stains on the walls, etc... As much as the place is nice for silence, fullness, very kind and attentive staff but not to reaction really. Compulsory car or means of transport. Bus nearby but in October 1 h waiting! Good overall, too bad because I have to look better. Ready to pay 2000 € the 2 weeks but that it is clean and beautiful as in the photos. The reality is not worth four stars but two and a half if it exists.

Dirty, cold and shabby.

The floor was so loud it woke the children up. There was no dish in the microwave and it didn't heat well. In general it was dirty, especially the bathroom, lime stains, hair and brown stains on the shower tray that passed water. We greased the bathroom door because it made noise too. There were no blankets, from the heating came cold air and we had to cover up with towels and more street clothes. The reception opens a few hours, we do not match anyone from the staff during our stay.

The accommodation is very well placed to access the beautiful beaches and promenades but not well enough isolated from the view of other visitors.
