Value for money and a good location in Arles

Good communication before our visit and very helpful on the phone just before we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful and the room was great - very clean and very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The location is very good - quite close to the centre of Arles, although it looks a little run-down in the immediate vicinity. Parking was very convenient, although I was concerned at its security - as it turned out, I needn't have worried. Breakfast was good and convenient for us too.

Disappointing

Despite a reservation in June the smallest room was allocated to us with outdated shower room. Welcoming unavailable at our arrival at 4pm opened us after our insistence on the doorbell. Paid parking. Disappointing. Too bad because very well placed compared to the city center.

Terrible stay Keep away

I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were surprised by the owner's attitude, who was extremely aggressive and clearly unconcerned about his guests' well-being. He seems to have completely forgotten the basic rules of hospitality: politeness, respect, and a warm welcome are all absent here.
The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable throughout our stay, and breakfast was refused that very morning, which spoiled our experience. It's a shame, because the place had potential. Avoid it if you're looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Wouldn't be my choice to stay

Too far away from the center. Not a great area of the city. The bed wasn't conducive to getting good sleep. A couple of the USB outlets didn't work. A very basic room. Our room was in the 2nd floor and the stairs were a tight spiral.
An elevator wasn't offered.
The owner was good. The breakfast was basic but good.

charm and calm

A small charming hotel not too expensive away from the noise of the city! Very clean and well decorated rooms, all different. Two kinds of breakfast: "the quick" with coffee, croissant, orange juice. "Le complet" with more bread, jam, ham, cheese etc... The very friendly boss. A nice place quality-price!
