Clean and tidy. Great customer service apart from the night staff who came across a little rude.
Missing a kettle in the room otherwise brilliant.

Meh

No air conditioning, and the room on the bypass is super noisy with the window open, too bad, nice staff, but get this Ibis air-conditioned quickly!!!!!!!!

Ibis not up to Ibis standards

Not very standard Ibis, rather below because no A/C, no kettle or coffee, room rather small. Fan loaned graciously. Bathroom door that creaks horribly. On the other hand, good breakfast

Good hotel for a short stay

We went to stay at Ibis in Auray due to a wedding. The hotel was within easy distance from Auray by car. It had good breakfast facility, but there was no restaurant. Staff were extremely hospitable and ready to help. We had an elderly, who needed a room with a walk in shower so they were very accommodating. The hotel was clean, value for money, but we at least expected a kettle in the room. The hairdryer could have been better. There was a lovely restaurant opposite Le Giraffe (open 12 to 12am) with a bar.

To avoid

Catastrophic soundproofing, we hear the TV of the room next door
No air conditioning in the rooms and open window is on the 4 lanes so very noisy. Far below chain standards and no information to know before booking
