Positive experience

Very kind staff, we had the need to deposit bikes in addition to depositing cartons of bikes inside the hotel. in the morning we packed the bikes inside the hotel premises and left in the hotel until the departure time in the afternoon. people really Courteous and kind. also the hotel is located in the central area near the station and near the center reachable in a few minutes on foot. Large room with a comfortable bed and well furnished.

Very unwelcoming stay

The receptionist lady, Youlima, was very unwelcoming, rude and reluctant to assist us . Although she could understand and speak English she deliberately spoke only in French to my husband whose French is limited. She obviously understood we were having difficulty in understanding her but seemed to not care less. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe in this hotel. There was no safe or mini fridge in the room . Each morning we were awoken very early by guests in the room above us, walking around, as there was no floor sound insulation. Also, even though another receptionist (and later the patron himself) agreed that we could park our car in the hotel’s back yard (where there was space for at least four cars) Youlima took it upon herself to insist that we could not park there.
Although we had paid for 4 days we left the hotel after 2 nights stay because we were so upset by this woman’s rude treatment of us.

Proximity to Beauvais train station and downtown

Very convenient hotel because located very close to the train station. Welcoming and kind staff. The exterior may be a barrier to the use of this property but we found rooms that were a little outdated but clean, well equipped with suitable bedding and clean sleeping (no complaints about several stays at this hotel).
Efforts to make on the quality of breakfast.

Correct

Fair price, well located (near train station and city center 10 minutes walk). Pleasant hostess.
Breakfast not taken because served until 9:30 a.m. (too early for us, 10 a.m. would be better).
Charming room but in need of updating, especially the bathroom. The toilet door did not close.

Excellent location

Sufficiently comfortable and clean 3-star hotel. Pretty good breakfast for only 10 euros per person. Located opposite the train station, excellent for spending a night. 20 minutes by bus, nr.6, from the airport. A ten minute walk from the city centre.
