Good time in Capbreton

Very nice experience for a topissimo brunch. We were beautifully welcomed by Manon, Mathilde and the adorable four-legged companion Milo. Smiles and good humor in addition to the quality of brunch brightened up this rainy Sunday. Excellent value for money. To be done again.

Terrible and exorbitant

I confirm, stay away!!!
Honestly, it's a rip-off!!!

This hotel is truly mind-blowing!

After reading some reviews (including one from 2024), a guest states there is no light above the sink in room 4
We just left, still no light!
Foul smell of sewage!
I reported it to the front desk, the response I got was, well, why didn't you tell us before! (In a condescending tone, like you're stupid!)
I replied to them that they couldn't provide me with another room... basically I should have left!
I asked for a partial refund, I got a refund for the breakfasts
That only half surprises me!
The staff is really nice but when there is a problem, it's a different story!
Having worked in the restaurant industry, this establishment deserves to be thoroughly inspected!
I will do what is necessary because it is theft at €195 a night
Furthermore, the restaurant underneath benefits from the hotel's cockroaches! Even though I think it is the same owner

Mediocre

The hotel is sorely lacking in soundproofing. An unpleasant smell of sewage backup permeates the room. Furthermore, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding a cockroach on our door. The breakfast, charged at €15, consisted, among other things, of industrial scrambled eggs, basic sliced bread, and a simple white baguette, barely fresh. Given the price for 2 nights, 2 people, twin beds, breakfast included, which is over €450, we expected better service. It seems that the owner does not show much consideration for his clients.

Clean dust and yellow pillowcase. No towels. We had to ask for them.

Hotel particularly disappointing

For those who desire a holiday in a relaxed environment, to escape!!!
The rooms repainted in dark king blue 3 out of 4 panels as well as the ceiling, the 4th painted with mustard and beige waves, bright orange bedside tables, yellow luminous sconces, a flowered plaid without any color match, carpets that we want to discount oriental in very bad taste. In short a redone decoration at a discount that makes it oppressive!!!
Do not rely on photos of the sites and even the hotel relating to the rooms, it is the decoration of the previous owner, so it is a false advertisement. Hotel not worth its 3 stars.
Breakfast unworthy of a 3 star rating.
