Beautiful site but services that leave much to be desired
On the other hand, the services and services of the estate are poor. We have always come to this place (even before the purchase of the estate by Lami Soleil) and we have seen the deterioration of services.
This year: first week in a large apartment for 10 people at the top of the estate:
- compulsory paying cleaning but done half way (crumbs on chairs, cobwebs everywhere, dirty dishes): at more than 2000€ a week it is scandalous
- elevators broken down since 04/06 (and still broken down after our departure on 26/07)
- WIFI down
- these apartments are far from the swimming pool, the restaurant and the beach and nothing is available to move (bike or scooter): about 300 steps to travel several times a day or compulsory car
Second week: superior studio for 4 people with summary comfort but ok for the price and much closer to everything.
Regarding the animations: a team of about 5 or 6 animators (we never knew because only one animator did his utmost to really set the Mood, bravo Thibault!!)
The rest of the team was non-existent (no hello, no smile, no participation in anything)
Finally level services: very nice pool, large and well maintained. On the other hand, a “beach” completely abandoned when it is the major asset of the domain. A semblance of a beach club where an animator sells ice cream but a beach that looks more like a wasteland than anything else (broken deckchair, dirt, pieces of concrete littering the ground, wall falling apart).
In short, incredible site and stunning views of the lake but estate left in total decrepitude.

Beautiful setting in both summer and winter
Lots of things to do and see: hairdressing ladies, ski resort (Reallon, Ancelle 30 min each), Canteloupe Bay, dam museum, Apex brasserie (theme evening), ... and simply contemplate the view of the lake you have from your accommodations!
