Nice but aging hotel
The only negative is the interior design bordering on ridiculous and the ageing of the hotel.

Nous sommes navrés que la qualité de nos services n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes notamment en ce qui concerne notre petit déjeuner. Sachez qu'il répond aux normes exigées par le groupe Accor et que la plupart de nos clients en sont très satisfaits. Nous ne pouvons que déplorer qu'il n'est pas été à votre goût.
Nous vous sommes très reconnaissants d'avoir souligné l'amabilité de notre personnel et espérons que vous nous ferez tout de même l'honneur de revenir nous voir.

Never again
The bathroom is mouldy and very dilapidated. S simple, glazing, quiet side, will have to iron. Only positive side, the bedding is not too bad. I forgot, no parking. It may be written in the description but I haven’t seen it.

Nous sommes vraiment navrés que l'état de votre chambre n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
Nous avons bien pris note de vos remarques concernant l'état de la salle de bain et en avons fait part au service concerné. Une nouvelle procédure vient d'être mise en place afin de limiter l'humidité qui peut noircir les joints.
Nous avons également commencé un rafraichissement peinture de nos chambres mais ces travaux ont pris un peu de retard cet été dû à notre taux d'occupation très élevé. Nous devrions pouvoir les poursuivre très prochainement.
Nous serions néanmoins ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau dans de nouvelles conditions plus en rapport à vos attentes.
