Great stay, quiet hotel
Great location, with all amenities. Parking available. Very hearty breakfast. A great welcome by the managers who are at your disposal if there is a problem. We had a pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel, we will come back.

Disappointment for parking and room
I found this hotel on the internet and especially the photo I liked a lot and downtown. Until very well. The price can be a little expensive but Etretat downtown why not 174 th room for two and breakfast included.
What the gentleman had not told me on the phone was that the parking was 800 m from the hotel, 800 m by car and on foot not the same, we had to walk to get the car with our luggage and especially to go out in the evening Ben not great to come back late and on foot.
The room small correct but 2 limit , street side a noise at night, I had the impression to sleep window open which was not
Yeah, I do. No heating bathroom.
Good breakfast decent.
That said, the staff very kind, attentive, very smiling and kind.
On the other hand as I usually do before leaving I removed the sheets and there on mattress protector from blood stains it seems to me and hair not really possible. Make a big effort on it hygiene is paramount.
I would have liked on the phone if the gentleman had explained to me about the parking and that’s a shame because I think I wouldn’t have booked, really be honest with the customers.

Be aware of BED BUGS
We had the most disgusting hotel experience in this hotel. They have bed bugs and we got bitten by bed bugs 1 hour after checkin to our room. And we found 2 big gross beg bugs in their bed and I collected them and showed it to the owner. At that time he acted surprised and said we never had a problem like this. We couldnt stay there any longer and we had to leave that disgusting hotel. The manager he said he will refund my fee within few days after. So we had to cut our trip short and came back with bed bug bites all over me and my husbands body. After I tried to contact them by the booking site and they didnt answer so I had to call the hotel and the same guy(owner) answered and refused to refund my fee which I paid for nothing. And he tlaked very rudely and unproffesionally and now accused us for bringing bed bugs to their filthy hotel. I mentioned him that they had a aame problem few months ago because I saw another reveiw saying the same bed bug problem. And he lied and said it was not their problem. The bathroom is broken. Bath is leaking and toilet doesnt flush. But the owner acts like they have nothing wrong in their rooms and accousing their clients for false reasons. This is the worst hotel customer service I have ever had and service is the worst. It is a big scam their doing without refunding our fees even after they saw the proof of what I accused them. Noisy room without blckout curtains was a big point 0 for us. So I would reccomend to look for other hotels and avoid this unprofessional place at any cost. And beaware of not getting any refunds from them after they steal and ruin your nice vacation.

Super bad
Scammers, owner took our € 300 deposit and did not pay it back for the dog. Furthermore, a dirty, filthy mess without an elevator or parking space. Owner refuses to speak even one word of English…

Very very average services. Unjustified value for money. The bathroom: dirty shower curtain etc... The breakfast at 13 euros deserves to be reviewed. No help offered for suitcases in a cramped staircase... we want to promote small businesses but what a disappointment!!! To flee
