A rare moment!

A fresh break with the family.
An exceptional moment, installed in the panoramic room,
a magnificent view, the staff with little care and above all... the Welcoming of Toussaint who shared his attachment, his love of his land.

The hotel, the food and the service was a sad experience

We had actually been upgraded by our travel agent and looked forward to our stay in Evisa. Unfortunately, it was a sad experience. The host was angry and had long since lost the “gnist”. The same can be said about the hotel. Despite a great location and views (therefore the two stars) the hotel was worn down and the room full of dust. The pool was dirty and cold - so it wasn't inviting either. The food was, according to the host, a fixed menu - unlike what is stated on their website and consisted both nights of a sad round of food that was in no way made out of. We will not recommend the hotel and will never come again.

That's okay.

Back here after so many years, I found the same hotel with its many advantages. The extraordinary view of the valley that descends to the port, the friendliness of the property , the extremely affordable prices, parking for motorcycles. The structure, however, shows its years. That's okay.

Nice hotel with a superb view, great surrounding (village, mountain trails). The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are very basic. Our room was at the lowest level and had no wifi signal. The restaurant & breakfast areas are newer with a fantastic view. The kitchen was fantastic: we ate all our breakfasts and dinners there, really excellent food, perfectly cooked and with many local and homemade products (charcuterie, cheese, cakes, jams etc.). The owner and staff were very nice and offered a very good and friendly service. Overall a very nice experience, even though the hotel rooms would benefit from some refurbishment.

A beautiful discovery

Just an excellent discovery! We stopped for dessert with coffee and there, what a nice surprise!! Original desserts, very well presented, full of p flavors (and excellent coffee). One of those moments that make Corsica one of the most beautiful destination. Thank you for this moment , Francine and again congratulations for your desserts!
