Very disappointing
We stayed a Saturday night in late April. The place was closed until someone came to open up at 6:30 pm. She left again by 7:30. The bar and restaurant are closed at weekends. No other facilities in the tiny village. Presumably this 'hotel' mainly serves lonely business people from the nearby business estate during the week. The advertised facilities are misleading.
The room (for two) was really really small. I guess less than 10 sq. m. The small double bed took all the space. Just one tiny bedside shelf and light. Separate toilet opens off bedspace, at foot of bed. No room for luggage. No chairs. Tiny clothes hanging space. No possibility to adjust heating - set at reception. No tea/coffee facility. No hairdryer. Really impossible to stay here except for one quick night.
The rooms are not entered from the reception, but from a miserable little door around the back, like staying in an outbuilding. The only other guest unavoidably woke us up coming in at 3am.
Just three car spaces around the back, otherwise park in the village square.
The only positives are the fact that it is newly renovated (but in lurid green) and clean. The receptionist was pleasant, but really this is not somewhere pleasant stay.

Good change from big chain hotels
The small quiet town near Lyon is the perfect retreat to avoid the busy town.
Especially the down stairs restaurant will blow your mind with fantastic seasonal food and reasonable pricing.
I Will be back.
