GENRE PENSION DE FAMILLE !

On se croirait dans un roman d'Agatha Christie ! Chambres d'hôtes et studio comme dans une pension de famille. Pour nous une chambre d'hôte déco Afrique, propre et confortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Bien chauffé pour cette période. Serviettes changées tous les jours. La cuisine commune est dehors, abritée, mais difficile de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors en hiver. On peut amener dans la chambre où il y a une petite table basse. Le jardin est joli et il y a une belle terrasse sur la maison avec vue sur le golfe de St Tropez. Places de stationnements dans la rue devant la maison. Pas trop isolé phoniquement, en été ça doit être difficile vu le monde...Prix intéressant hors saison. Très bon accueil.

Accommodation next to the building and inability to park

The owner was advertising "parking in the adjacent space". On arrival we found that parking was only available on a narrow street, and in the evening we spent half an hour looking for a space within a 2km radius. There are two large construction sites nearby and a truck damaged our car. Noise and dust everywhere. We left the next day,the owner didn't want to give us our money back and still claimed it was all our fault. She modified the description of the accommodation after the incident. Neighbor confirmed several years of problems with her and her guests parking. Rooms old, worn out furnishings, south facing with only a small fan guaranteeing a sauna during our stay. Nice view is the only plus.

Very disappointed and unhappy with the rental

Dirty apartment, dirty dishes, rusty drying rack, disgusting oven, pans lacerated with knife wounds
, sink no longer closes!!! Electric wires everywhere, the owner lives on her assets!!!

Mah...

Sicuramente è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole andare a st tropez senza spendere troppo. Anzi, qui si spende davvero poco per la zona (200 euro 3 notti ad agosto per una camera semplice). Inoltre da segnalare che si trova davvero a pochi minuti sia dal centro di st tropez che da tutti i punti più noti della zona. Si trova proprio dietro la strada principale che collega tutte le spiagge/cittadine, che però è trafficatissima, quindi in macchina è abbastanza stressante... Bisognerebbe cercare di muoversi di astuzia se non si vogliono evitare rallentamenti (anche di mezz'ora quando basterebbero 5 minuti!). Ma sicuramente chi conosce la zona lo sa già...
Per quanto riguarda la struttura si tratta di una grossa villa con giardino con diverse camere e 2 appartamentini. Il bagno è privato ma è davvero davvero minuscolo, la pulizia (a mio modesto parere) non ottima ma passabile. Possibilità di usufruire della cucina in comune. Io non tornerei però mi rendo conto che possa essere una soluzione vantaggiosa, tenuto conto dei costi proibitivi della zona...

Correcto. Buenos espacios exteriores

Hospedaje correcto muy cercano a Saint Tropez, aunque hace falta coche si no quieres andar en exceso. La casa tiene unos espacios exteriores muy buenos. Pros; vistas al mar, facilidad para aparcar el coche y espacios exteriores.
Contras; no demasiado limpio, nevera común a toda la casa y no dan nada de cortesía.
