Beautiful view but quite a few constraints regarding the apartment.
Positive: Great location, hiking and mountain biking trailheads at the foot of the residence, apartment clean but a bit dated.
Negative: Impossible to reach the residence by phone before arrival, they do not answer the phone.
Car parking below is a hassle for carrying luggage up with a maze of stairs and elevators to get to the apartment. Apartment for 6, but few dishes and cutlery, tiny toilet, you cannot open the window in the bedroom with bunk beds.
Access to the Spassio aquatic area is a real plus, BUT access is too restrictive with minimum hours, closed in the mornings, closed on Wednesdays and Saturdays, open from 1 PM to 6:30 PM, even in peak season.
No recycling bins at the foot of the apartments.

TO AVOID
Staff not friendly.
Key collection not before 5pm on Saturday where all other residences hand over the keys at the end of the morning. We lose a day waiting for 5pm and we bang our tails for another hour since everyone comes to collect their keys at the same time.
Vacanceole: avoid.
Provilegier other residences friendlier also at the foot of the slopes.

6 pers. apartment, very functional at the foot of the slopes with access to the spa/pool 2 min (very nice after the slopes)
Small optimization: plan to improve the quality of mattresses of beds
