The hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway on a budget. There are excellent restaurants nearby, and public parking is a 5-minute walk away. The room was simple but comfortable.

Disappointed with this hotel but well located
Disappointed with this hotel for a 5-day stay. Well-located hotel, close to attractions, you can visit Nîmes on foot. The train station is located 10 minutes away. We had a room with a balcony, on which cigarette butts and cups from previous guests still remained. Despite our complaint the next day, nothing had changed; it was only after 2 days of insisting that it was done, but the cups still remained. For 5 days the sheets were never changed despite stains. The bathroom also leaves something to be desired. Shower head filled with limescale, hole in the floor from an old toilet. It should be noted, however, that at breakfast the person in charge is very friendly and makes delicious pancakes, juice, and cake. If she is not there, it is only a minimum service without juice. Be careful, if there are no more croissants, no restocking is done. As for the air conditioning in the rooms, it is set to 24 degrees; you cannot lower or increase it.

There are good and friendly alternatives in the center of Nîmes.
We spent 2 nights there. Central location. Room/bathroom okay, rather small. Air conditioning and minibar work (not very quiet). Narrow balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. View only while standing due to the concrete balustrade. Nice breakfast terrace with a view over the rooftops of Nîmes. When we arrived at 9:30 AM, there was, in addition to the classic Petit Dejeuner, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham, and 2 teaspoons of scrambled eggs. You can order fried eggs for free. Unfortunately, no one was there. When someone from the service staff arrived at 9:50 AM and we wanted to order cheese and fried eggs, the response was: Too late, the buffet will be cleared at 10 AM, so in 10 minutes. She had been there since 7 AM, after all.
The person in charge came and mediated. And we were graciously served 3 small slices of cheese and 3 fried eggs. The refund for the canceled breakfast for the following day has been processed.
Perhaps we simply had bad luck with the room and the staff.

Lovely staff, very good location
We came with family (3 adults, 2 children).
The hotel is located in the city center, there are plenty of small shops nearby.
The person at the reception is adorable and smiling (2 different women), and we advised with accuracy.
We were able to drop off our luggage in a dedicated room, while we went for a walk in the afternoon because the room was not yet ready.
The decoration of the reception and the "waiting" room is very beautiful, with references to the historical monuments of the city.
Big plus: the terrace to enjoy a rich and varied breakfast, which overlooks the rooftops of the city center. The lady was very nice and the orange juice is divine!
Maps of the city and activities to do are also available at the reception.
The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean too.
There was a mini fridge, very convenient.
Only mini flat, the nearest parking is a 15min walk. But it is easy because it is well indicated.
