Beautiful house and very friendly owners

Magnificent and authentic house like its owners!
Very warm welcome with lots of kindness.
Very good value for money.
Parking in front of the house, I went to visit and eat on foot which is very pleasant.
Breakfast is included in the room price, and what breakfast (coffee, bread, croissant, fruit, yogurt, honey and homemade jam, etc.)
I recommend this address for a stay in Pau.
I am attaching photos of my room which is the smallest in the house: for 1 person!

Charming Bed and Breakfast

We stayed for one night at the Villa Dampierre in early April at the beginning of our trip through the Pyrenees and the Basque Country. Our room on the first floor (2nd floor to Americans) was large, airy and charming, with wood floors and high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, and we had everything we needed. The property owners were not available during our stay so we were hosted by their son Paul. He was very helpful and accommodating and spoke a lot more English than I speak French. Breakfast was simple but good. The home-made yogurt was delicious! The garden is very pretty as well.
