Excellent restaurant

We only tested the restaurant at dinner. The choice allowed us to eat very good food, with wines in a wide range of prices, the first at very reasonable rates. In short, a very satisfying dinner and very pro and friendly Service. To renew, then!

Too bad

In the month of May, we came to this hotel for a two-day stay.
First, a room error, but it was corrected afterward. The room decor is rather faded and sad, black carpet, brown furniture.
No hospitality tray, no tissues, no magnifying mirror, no water bottles. Breakfast in the room is offered in 3 languages in the welcome brochure but is nonexistent. The meals were frankly mediocre. Then the icing on the cake, upon returning in the evening of the second day, the room had not been made up.
One expects much better from a three-star hotel that boasts of having a "gourmet restaurant" on its website.

Wonderful stay and food

We stayed here for a two night visit and loved the warm welcome. All the communication before our visit was fantastic.
Great location and lovely decor and the food was amazing. We have eaten lunch here before and it was wonderful to have dinner. Highly recommend this hotel and it’s restaurant. Pons is such a pretty town as well.

Give them back their Michelin star!

The team at the hotel told us they had lost their Michelin star due to bad Tripadvisor reviews. Well I don’t know where those reviewers ate but it certainly wasn’t here! We have just had the most exquisite dinner in every way, I had the menu Gourmand and I can only say it’s one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had a few..from the delicious little Jerusalem artichoke veloute as amuse Bouche to the gorgeous trio of desserts creme brûlée grapefruit with slivers of meringue and a melting pear sorbet.. my husband had wonderful oysters and langoustines..cannot recommend these charming people and their exquisite food highly enough! In a fabulous setting just down the road from 11/12th century ramparts witu a delightful courtyard sadly a little chilly but a lovely view to go with dinner! Charming rooms as well pet friendly simple yet elegant.. we will be coming back on the return leg and on the next trip!

Beautiful boutique hotel

We stopped off at this fabulous hotel on our travels down to the south of France. What can I say. The rooms were very tastefully decorate and spacious - they looked brand new. The bed was comfortable. Great view from our room. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of continental item, from fresh fruit to yoghurt, to fresh croissants and bred to a great selection of cereal. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend
