Good rooms and great location, but disappointing handling of a major issue.
The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is well located. However, parking can be stressful as spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
The biggest issue during our stay was a water leak in our room. While the staff helped clean up, we were not offered a different room, nor did we receive any compensation or discount for the inconvenience. When paying for a hotel room, dealing with a water leak is not something guests should have to accept.
Overall, a decent hotel, but the response to this situation was disappointing

The only issue is that the reception is not open all day. You have to be aware that the lobby sitting area is locked during that time.
