Historic house

The view of the forked waterways is stunning, the location is nicely central with the corresponding drawbacks such as traffic noise and shady figures on the street, but the hotel has a garage right next door and a nice restaurant. The architecture is very beautiful, but it might be time for a little renovation before more gets damaged. The staff is very helpful and does more than what they are there for, thank you very much for that.

Short surprise romantic getaway.

Beautiful hotel... room with a view of the canal was tastefully decorated... very good bedding... spacious and new bathroom... we did not suffer from outside noise (double windows)... the hotel patio is truly magnificent and brings a lot of charm to the hotel...
Only small downside: the breakfast, certainly taken in the patio which is very pleasant but which lacks imagination and local products (fruit... fresh fruit juice... limited savory selection).
Obviously, this in no way spoiled our romantic getaway for my partner's 60th birthday.

Atmosphere charm, luxury and simplicity: a certain "class" accessible to share!

You enter an elegant palace of charm and immediately the warm and cozy atmosphere envelops you. The welcome is soft, pleasant, precise and calm controlled simplicity. The authentic decor transports you to an era of assumed luxury, a treat!
A room, modern but harmoniously decorated with this establishment, very comfortable (bedding, bathroom, street soundproofing), with a small balcony and a very direct view of the canal.
Two days for a delicious stay (including with the restaurant Pier 17 in situ).
We advise you not to hesitate to come there to create some beautiful memories...

An exceptional end to an exceptional trip.

We loved Sète and we loved the Grand Hotel. The location was perfect and the hotel is stunningly beautiful. The elevator was an added bonus. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet and we had a partial view of the canal. We could have happily stayed in the breakfast room for hours enjoying the delicious food and sipping cappuccino. My husband and I were on a cycling holiday for two weeks and we ended our holiday in Sète. We could not have had a better ending. We really didn’t want to leave.

Superb hotel

Superb hotel ideally located to discover the city on foot especially during this Easter weekend during the stopover event in Sete with these wonderful ships. The paid parking to book is a real plus, the charm of the hotel operates from the entrance, the interior patio is grandiose, we have breakfast there which is excellent. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the canal, magnificent views, modern bedroom and bathroom, cleanliness and bedding at the top. We loved the landings of the 3 floors all different with beautiful antique furniture and the different works of art, all this as well as the alleyways around the patio give a special charm to this hotel.
