A beautiful address where you can enjoy, learn, encourage and have a great time

The restaurant of the hotel high school of Talence offers a very pleasant experience, supported by a warm welcome and a service provided by students supervised by their teachers. The atmosphere is set from the outset: modern decoration, refined, functional, without excess but perfectly adapted to the bistronomic spirit of the place.
The menu, offered at €25, shows excellent value for money. It includes appetizers, starter, main course, dessert, as well as a glass of white or red wine included, which remains rare in this price range.
The quality of the dishes is impeccable, without false notes, with a technical mastery that testifies to the seriousness of the training.
The service is generally attentive and smiling. We feel the desire to do well and a real involvement of the students. The only small point that can be improved: the explanation of the wines still lacks a bit of professionalism, but it remains understandable in an educational setting and does not alter the experience.

Highly recommanded!

Nice and claen hotel with very friendly staff. Private and closed parking lot.
Don't forget to book your dinner at the restaurant, great food for a little price!
