PERFECT!

Thank you for the kind welcome, staff who are attentive and very friendly.
A very quiet room, perfect for resting after having toured the south of the island on foot and before doing the north.
A very pleasant breakfast with a view of the sea.
What more could you ask for?!
If I have the opportunity, I will come back here.
I really recommend it.

Poor value for money.

Incompetent reservation call center operators, hotel poorly/not maintained, deplorable bar hygiene (a huge number of flies...), random and very slow Wi-Fi, water bottle in the room already opened and half-consumed by previous guests. Significant mold on shower seals, room terrace and rear facade in poor condition, hallway carpet worn/dirty/shabby. Positive points: good location, decent ground floor room with a stunning sea view, clean sheets and bathroom towels, staff OK but completely indifferent to our comments. Poor value for money. Not recommended...

Disappointing hotel.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel and had to change rooms 3 times because the reservation is managed by Brest and not directly from the hotel on site in Ouessant!!! The person managing the hotel on site is friendly and does their best but has to face many tasks at once: they are therefore very busy!! This is due to an obvious lack of staff. The hotel offers an exceptional view of the sea from rooms 15 and 14. Room 15 is perfect; however, in room 14, the maintenance of the bathroom (the shower) needs to be reviewed (moldy seals). It is announced that there is a restaurant, which does not exist in April (we discover this on site upon arrival); we are directed to a pub that itself operates with very limited hours and was closed on Monday. Regarding the breakfast charged at 15 euros, it consists of very ordinary products (low-quality ham, the same for the cheese). No local products, only mass distribution. And lastly, the bill issued corresponds to the announced amount but is incomprehensible in terms of detail!! Given the price paid, we are disappointed. And in terms of atmosphere, it is a ghost hotel!! No one was there in the afternoon for reception. We will return to Ouessant but not to this hotel!

Very welcome from Thierry, helpful and very competent. I highly recommend it.
Thanks also to Antoine, the telephone referent who was able to plead my case for an overnight postponement due to a boat problem.
