Terrible hotel! Terrible host and mistress!

Checked into this hotel on August 6.
We had a bus Vacation Package from the operator of the Olan Vacation Package, arrived late at 10 p.m. and checked into rooms and fed dinners.
We had a brick case and at least we were lucky! When checking into the room were very "pleasantly" surprised, it feels like nobody really cleaned the room...and whether it was cleaned at all, question :) The room was very stuffy, but when trying to turn on the air conditioning, it turned out that there were no batteries in the remote (promised to change tomorrow, but tomorrow never came), dirt in the shower, toilet drains didn't work, but the next day they did, there were no towels and said now no...we were shocked that we wanted to wash after the road, and here bam and no towels, the next day went to the reception to ask, but there is constantly no one at the reception and ask just no one((...eventually found someone and said two hours later and we waited again until we brought! Good took one on the road. Every now and then there's no light and hot water in the room, but by the third day we're used to doing nothing and nobody cares! Eating in general is a complete horror, if you didn't come first, then maybe after 15 minutes, after starting the meal, there's nothing left!
And the most terrible thing is that all the time they spread their hands and say no or don't understand)),,plus stock up on pills))),,y...the variety of food is none, then pasta, then potatoes, vegetables were very few, fruit was only watermelon or once given a peach...they may not be left because hungry or uncouth Armenians or Georgians want to type as last time and it turns out that there may be nothing left! About the hotel fund, it is better to live in a brick building, it is newer and type modern! The territory is not particularly happy either, the swimming pool as in the cottage inflatable surprised us very much))))) but there is a note in the hotel that there is a swimming pool, also deckchairs have, which already on the garbage should be thrown away, because if you lie on it, you can get some nail later from one place!)..there is a table and rackets for table tennis, but in the photo you will see the beauty))).
And Owner is not interested in visitors at all and how we were told what treats wine, it is all nonsense!!! Although other hotels have what for dinner, then Chacha, then wine!...and also the hotel owners are not very happy to have guests!!!...constantly go to conflict and say, don't like - that's the way out! And when we left the hotel, a woman arrived with a child who is asthmatic and she was given a room where everything flows and is damp, and when she started asking, the Owner said..Don't come here!!! Here's the exit and go find a place to live! Also rude and raised his voice, and when the woman started talking louder, started to shut her mouth and talk to her husband will communicate like this!!! Don't like the hotel don't live! How do we know that the Belarusian Owner of this hotel is not happy, only to make money!
But the upside is that the Internet was resilient, less located, greener territory, and that's probably all. The hotel is completely dissatisfied! Terrible attitude!!! I don't recommend this place! It's better to overpay a little, but live peacefully!...or the olan tour tells that it's very cool, buffet, wine in the evening, etc.

Watch the hotel!

We're coming from Vacation Package and the fallout is terrible! I'm coming to Olan to write a tour! People, if you want to throw money away, you're welcome to this viper! Dirt, dust, everything's broken. Not what was fed, but throwing a handout like pigs while looking closely at what you eat! Mold in every room, broken cabinets, beds, closets! Everything is like a garbage can! The swimming pool is like a cottage where they just pour water and preferably no one swims there! And bathed get that pool bloomed because of you! The owner was openly rude. Sitting like a lady watching, hello will never say! They treated the girl to a watermelon at lunch, held a court hearing, cut off the water in her room for it, threatened the police! There are books in the lobby, taking one up a club of dust, curtains all covered in midges and webs! The green area is where, like, the sunbed hangs all over the holes! This is the worst place I've ever seen! The impression of the country and its hospitality remained terrible!
