It was the best holiday at the Kiaraz Start Hotel

My heartfelt thanks go to the entire team for their warm attentiveness to their guests. Polite smiley all staff administrators, maids.
The girl maids cleaned every day perfect. I had a real pleasure, a break from my heart.

Holidays in Kiaraz were successful. Thank you!

The hotel really liked it. The room has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Cleaning is daily. The staff is responsive. The location is beautiful - in the heart of Pitsunda. The sea is within 10 minutes walking distance. I recommend it unequivocally.

Family holidays in Abkhazia

We lived in 401 family rooms. Comfortable beds, clean linen, two rooms without doors, air conditioning. The room smells like sewage. We were lucky, it was quiet, we didn’t hear our neighbors. The location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes to the beach, near the central square, the market is within walking distance. Cleaning, to put it mildly, is so-so, linen and towels are changed and washed poorly. There are continental breakfasts, the choice is modest, but everything is fresh, you won’t go hungry. Breakfast is prepared for two Kiaraz hotels, there are a lot of people, there are queues. There are problems with connection, wi-fi periodically disappears, the TV works intermittently. There are problems with electricity throughout Abkhazia; the water was turned off at the hotel several times. In general, I liked Pitsunda, the pine grove, the sea, the fortress with a concert hall. I would like a better level of service. Plus, we were unable to avoid an intestinal infection; the child had to be taken to the hospital. Thank you very much to the doctors, they helped without any questions!

Красивый облик и только

Отдыхали в Пицунде не первый раз. В эту поездку выбрали отель "Киараз Старт". Тем более, что по сравнению с прошлым годом в отеле появились завтраки. Внешне отель очень хорошо выглядит и производит впечатление современного, нового отеля. Расположен очень удобно. Прямо напротив отеля центральный храм. Рядом все основные достопримечательности и развлечения. До моря метров 750 (не меньше, что бы в рекламах не говорили). До рынка примерно столько же. Красота, но...
Внутри отель очень сильно подкачал. Ресепшен оформлен в минималистическом стиле. Номера поддерживаются из рук вон плохо. Такое ощущение, что со времен постройки их никогда не обновляли. Полочки шатаются, двери шкафов/тумб скрипят, сиденья у стульев не закреплены, светильники, то работают, то нет. Мыльниц в ванной комнате нет. По этой причине выдаваемое мыло через день превращается в подобие глины. В номерах на первом этаже присутствуют соседи - мелкие муравьи. Шумоизоляции нет. Плач детей, громкий разговор или громкий звук телевизора, все слышно. Также как и звук спускаемой в туалете воды или включенного душа. Телевизор скорее деталь интерьера, чем функциональное устройство. Из девяти дней отдыха функционировал только полтора дня. Да, оплата за проживание только налом! Перевод, карта, оплата по банковским реквизитам - невозможны. Советую это всем учесть. Сам с таким столкнулся впервые, хотя в Абхазии бывал уже с десяток раз.
Первоначально нас заселили в разбитый номер на первом этаже (на фото все увидите). Номер оказался сырой и холодный. Ночью просто замерзли, а одеял в номере не оказалось и в 22:00 их получить уже было невозможно. Все ушли кроме охраны. После такого приема поднял информацию, что же я бронировал, сверил с описаниями номеров на сервисе через который я бронировал отель и обнаружил, что получил номер более низкого качества, чем мной оплаченный Подошел на ресепшен, объяснил ситуацию и номер был заменен на соответствующий в течении 15 минут.
Появившиеся завтраки очень однообразны. Всегда каша овсяная. Далее чередуются каши гречневая, пшённая, манная. Всегда яичница и чередуются сырники, блинчики, запеканка, оладушки. Детям еще дают сосиску и булочку. Из нарезок только сыр. Завтракать постояльцам предлагают в отдельной пристройке. В эту пристройку приходят отдыхающие сразу с двух отелей (Киараз Старт и Киараз Арена). Так что утром бывает толкучка.
Из плюсов отеля: Дружелюбный персонал. Не смотря на все проблемы стараются помочь. Ругаться или повышать голос просто не хочется.

Отвратительные персонал

Отвратительный персонал. На контакт не идут совсем. Заказали номер через Букинг в Июне, внесли предоплату в размере 20 000 рублей, но по семейным обстоятельствам не смогли приехать. Написали всё по их правилам: заявление, указали все реквизиты, номер карты, номер счета, ИНН. Обещали деньги вернуть в течении 30 дней. Прошло уже 32 дня, деньги не вернули, на телефон не отвечают,на связь не идут, одни отписки и отмашки, по типу: "передали информацию в бухгалтерию ждите" Сколько ждать??? 1,2,3 месяца??? Свинское отношение. Никому не рекомендую к ним больше обращаться!!!
