Again a very nice stay. Buchners make you feel like you're coming home to friends, not so much a hotel. In addition, the rooms are cozy and very clean, the breakfast is lovingly prepared and extra wishes are gladly fulfilled.

Lovely little hotel

Lovely little hotel a 10 minute drive from the centre of Augsburg. Our room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of options and eggs made to order. Was so nice to eat outside in the beautiful garden. Jennifer, the host, made us very welcome. Would highly recommend.

Lovely guest house away from central Ausburg

Bright and good size modern room in quiet location. Very clean with good facilities.
Excellent breakfast.
Very close to tram station for hassle free access to Augsburg

Our 2. Visit, this time longer and it was wonderful again.
The room was optimally chosen for us.
The service and breakfast were great.
By the tram in front of the door optimal for exploring the city with the hotel ticket.
New for us was the massage offer. Be sure to try it out!

Back to old, very good standard

Villa Arborea is a small hotel in the suburb of Göggingen, just a few minutes by car or tram from the city centre. For many years, it had been the focal point for business trips to Augsburg. Unfortunately, the quality with a new tenant had fallen sharply and the villa was even briefly closed. It's been open for a few months now. Operator is a former employee this time and you immediately notice the change. The atmosphere is warm again, the service loving. As always, the rooms are impeccable and the breakfast rich. Overall, Villa Arborea is again unreservedly recommended and almost like a second home. We will definitely visit here more often on hiking tours!
