Hotel Zur Post.

Stayed for one night. Hotel is centrally located, clean and rooms are big. There is no air conditioning, only a free standing fan. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Didn’t try their breakfast, but it seems like a good deal ( 15 per adult). Parking is outside the city wall . Big parking lot , but it fills up quickly. It’s free after 6 PM.

What a great place to stop at, excellent location, super clean, staff especially the owner were just so helpful and friendly. can not praise this hotel enough.

Wonderful stay!

We spent 3 nights in room 22- if you don’t mind stairs the room has a veranda and incredible views. We even had help with our luggage. Great location (we came by train), spotless, quiet, included a small fridge and an electric kettle that I requested. Plenty of outlets and storage, comfy bed for only 85 euros a night when we booked.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel though it is available for 15 euros - we were off early on day trips.

Cycling trip along the Rhine

The entry is quite deterrent. Dark very dated entry. No personnel present. Staircase trim completely frayed. Room was fine. But it didn't really feel good with two people on one floor. Later, two more men came in and slept one floor up. In the morning we were escorted out by a friendly Hungarian lady. We could have breakfast for 15 euros per person but we did not do that after looking in kitchen.
