Especially nice service in the breakfast room, gladly again!

Nice, well maintained hotel. The late check-in worked great, the room very clean, the night very quiet.
The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious, everything available.
Within walking distance of the city center, but it is also possible to take the regular bus.
We would definitely come back!

Not our favorite

Our least favorite hotel stay. Breakfast is not included. Hotel is pricey. Water provided but no bottle opener to open it. Safe broken and staff unable to provide help. No staff available after 6 pm and pretty isolated from town. If arrive after hours an will be sent in German so not very helpful.

Nice hotel

Room good, clean, friendly staff....
However, you should not forget anything in the room. You don't get that back. After repeated inquiries by phone, mails and empty promises, I am very disappointed in this regard.

The total bust

We booked a night in this well located hotel. Upon check-in we were then told that a wedding party was taking place. Parking has been reserved for wedding guests. We were told we could find some up on the mountain somewhere. Has already pushed me. In the evening, sleep was unthinkable as the wedding party celebrated very loudly. We complained about the volume the next day. The boss could not be reached as suspected. After two days we made a telephone contact. Of course boss was angry. After all, we got two coffees and a beer as compensation for the sleepless night.
Resume: Overnight in this hotel the biggest bust. Can't recommend it to anyone.

Never again!!

Not a good guest reception. We will not book there anymore. Had contact well in advance, he was "just" okay. But what happened after that was a 6. We even paid for breakfast now although we didn't eat any at all. We have been to a number of hotels, this one is no longer booked
