Nice short stay.

Nice city hotel and very centrally located. Friendly staff. A great breakfast buffet. The hotel does have a very beautiful courtyard.
We were able to store and charge our bicycles free of charge.

Highly recommended accommodation

We held our regular cousin reunion at Hotel Brunner from 08/07-08/09. Great and successful planning by the hotel, very friendly staff, from the manager down to the servers. Family atmosphere, everything spotlessly clean, very nice beer garden, extensive breakfast, delicious food. The hotel took full care of our needs. All participants were thrilled with the accommodation.

Unfortunately, there were significant losses.

We were here for the second time; unfortunately, it was not okay this time. Room service only every three days; for breakfast, guests from the Old Town Hotel, which is directly across the street, also come. There were far too many people, and they could not keep up with the rush; staff shortage or poor preparation?

Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass Ihr Aufenthalt diesmal nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Zur Zimmerreinigung möchten wir kurz erklären: Wir reinigen die Zimmer nicht grundsätzlich täglich, sondern in einem festen Rhythmus. Zusätzliche Wünsche zur Reinigung oder zu frischen Handtüchern können aber jederzeit gerne an der Rezeption gemeldet werden.
Auch Ihre Kritik zum Frühstück nehmen wir ernst. Wenn der Frühstücksbereich zu voll wirkt und wir dem Andrang nicht so nachkommen, wie es sein sollte, ist das für unsere Gäste selbstverständlich ärgerlich. An diesem Punkt müssen wir unsere Abläufe und die Planung bei hoher Auslastung kritisch prüfen, damit sich unsere Gäste auch beim Frühstück wohlfühlen.

Great hotel close to trains and buses. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant and great breakfast. Within walking distance of shops and cafes. Clean and comfortable hotel.
