Perfectly situated for the metro, clean large rooms with air con which was a welcome bonus. We didnt eat at the hotel, we had a busy few days. Hotel was clean and quiet and the staff very friendly.

I would have preferred more Room Service as no Bed sheets changed for 3 days and not cleaned the Rooms No towels either

I checked in this Hotel on the 4th of JUly 2026. I stayed for 3 days till the 7th July. The Hotel was not what I expected, but thought I am here for 3 days so it is ok. Then I had some commitments in Berlin, so we were out all day apart from breakfast which was Brilliant. I asked for a Kettle for my Room I was refused blankly. When I came in the Evening the Beds were not changed, no Towels were changed. We asked at the Reception and he said he does not know anything that is the Cleaners job. The Staff were not helpful at all. I would advise my friends and Family not to choose this Hotel.I did not get Value for what I paid and I am very disaapointed.No to bbok this Hotel for sure. The Location was far from where i had to go everyday . I had to get Taxis everyday and the Hotel staff was not ready to help at all. Very frustrating as the Drivers were finfing it Difficult to locate this Hotel. Only some Shops and eating place next door Subway where we ate in the evenings as the Hotel was not ready to Accodomate us. We only had Subway so no idea. Next Door Subway was convininent as we were tired everyday from our day in Berlin . Not Welcoming at all no one was there to ask if we were okay. Not at all there was no Atmosphere. Very dull and not Apealing. Some Welcome from the Reception or even to ask if we needed anything. No nothing at all. A Hello where have you come from . would you like something , even Water was not offered , the lady said there is a Machine for water you can use.
.Very Humilated . I would not Recommend this hotel , but Berlin was ok . Only Lovely shops. Big Name shops Versage Loui Vittoni etc. No Cleanliness at all. Ok. My Name is Ashraf Kassam. and i travelled with my Husband Bashir Kassam and ny Brother Noordin Allidina. We had travelled from London at 5ain the Morning.

Not as advertised

I booked specifically because the offer air conditioning and black out curtains. The black out curtains are simply not there, I was woken by the sun very early. The air conditioning is weak and felt like it turned off in the middle of the night. I would have booked elsewhere.
Other than that, it's a well worn hotel. Housekeeping staff is absolutely lovely, but the desk staff is dismissive, as if they were doing me a favor instead of me paying them for their services.
Location is great. Overall, I'll find somewhere else next time. Don't recommend.

Hotel is in a great Location and competitively priced. Easy access to the messi and the center of Berlin by the bus or close by underground station.. The Hotel itself is quite dated and looks not to have been fully renovated since the late 90s. But the rooms are perfectly clean, Bed is comfortable, with an excellent shower. Front desk are very helpful and give you extra room supplies if you need them. There is no on-site lunch or dinner options but the breakfast is very good with great views over the city from the sixth floor. There are plenty of excellent dining options very close by so not having on site lunch or dinner was not really an issue and if you fancy a beer at the end of the evening you can buy grom a nice selection for around €3 from the front desk at any time and drink it in the hotel lobby seating area or take up to your room. If you arrive early, they try to accommodate and get you into your room early or Store your bags in the secure place for you. All in all comfortable pleasant stay..

Great location and good sized room with a powerful shower. Dated and tired decor but otherwise clean
