Everything as expected

We stayed two nights in this motel. Everything was perfect. Staff is very friendly and they speak english. Food is also good, and not so expensive. If we go in Berlin one more time, we are going to stay here for sure.

I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. The blankets and sheets smell of faint mold, as if they're not dried properly. There is no air flow, even with windows open. Despite it being colder days, it was unbearably hot and stuffy. No AC. Showers had 2 spiders. Moths as well. I think they try to make it American style, while having 0 idea what America is. They focus on the decor, and lack in basic sanitation. The restaraunt food is very bad. I've stayed in motels in Turkish nature, and they weren't this foul or hot. Once again, management, the woman with short hair is a nightmare. Either she is racist or anti LGBT. But I never felt ok. The rest of Germany i felt safe. They also close the gates at night?? I felt very nervous. I opened the gate and went out for the night. Why close us in? Save your money, these people (besides the bartender male) are so bad.

A great stay in "America"

We loved our spacious room on the first floor. Every room has unique old antiquity items (smaller versions) and the interior of our room and bathroom was set up nicely. It was just fun and gave us a little feeling what it's like to be in the US. We slept well in our comfortable bed. The weather was a bit chilly to sit outside but I can imagine it's a nice way to chill out there during warmer months. The curtain for the front window is not easy to be shut as this is decoration. So not much privacy though :D
Breakfast is not included, which is a bit of a downer, as the bakery close by has closed down as well as the supermarket "Edeka". So we had to find out where best to eat as we did not wanted to drive back into the township as we were heading the oposite way. Maybe they should consider in offering breakfast in the morning.
We liked our stay anyway and would come back another time.

Great

One night stay with my Son.
I have requested the room with the motorbike, which my Son loved.
The owner and staff were very friendly.
The accommodation was spotless in every way.
The restaurant diner food was done just like in a US diner joint, except it was cooked to better standards :-).
It was very interesting to see the collection of US vehicles, and see the workshop garage in action rebuilding vehicles and V8 engine blocks.
Well worth visiting.
It is only 30 minutes drive to centre of Berlin and 30 minutes to Tropical Islands and 20 to 30 minutes from the Airport, and is situated in a next to a lovely forested area and Lake (See).

Germans love American fast car and fast food

We loved this small motel. Outside of Berlin, but you could take the bus and the trains an be in downtown Berlin in 45 minutes. The staff was VERY friendly and spoke very good English. They love working on cars and customers who share that same delight in autos. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Each as a theme. Ours was Betty Boop. The showers are tight and not for big people. They have a bar and grill on site that served awesome hamburgers. Our second night they had a band. We really enjoyed the vibe of this place. Great nightly rate.

Very good location
