Very safe. Safety measures put in place. Quiet location. Good food served at breakfast. Close to a supermarket, great Asian food

Its a very safe place for a female. Just avoid walking at night.
The hotel has buildings near its main building, if you are traveling at night make sure to get a room in the main building to avoid walking at night in the street.
Very clean and needs no extra auction.
Food is excellent
Very quiet place.
Uber finds you very easily.
Good german speakers.
Sometimes people get lost and may mistakenly attempt your door (but if you travel often, this is common to experience & harmless).
I would recommend it. Just make sure you know if you book a room in the main building or you'd need to walk the street to your room.

Theft in daylight

Stay away from the place.!!!!
The site offers the option to change the date on the booking page but when it comes to the point they deny the option and cancel your booking date without consent so they can withdraw the money for your booking... It's theft in daylight.
The place was very hard to find...
The hotel also looked very ugly inside.. It has no couch to sit on. Many stairs and narrow paths

Think and read before you book

Visited here Monday to Friday morning.
Staff very polite but overworked.
Printed our Berlin welcome card, Thank you.
Unfortunately our beds and towels were never changed.
Breakfast was very very minimal only hot food was boiled eggs.
Fruit was very old bananas blackish apples wrinkled.
We were very disappointed the hotel had no Internet for the time that we was there, makes me wonder if it ever worked WiFi that is! As the internet worked for the office. The receptionist/cleaner/bed maker (not ours) kitchen worker spoke to the boss apparently, he said he would get it fixed! Too late never fixed.
Going back to the breakfast certainly not worth 10 euros more 5!
Apart from that travel into the city very easy, Lidl and Aldi 5 mins walk away.

Did not felt safe!

We stayed 2 nights.
The 2nd night at 4:50 a.m. aggressive fist knocking and pulling door handles woke us up. They didn’t say what they need, just two men speaking German between themselfs. The door didn’t have a peephole, so we couldn’t check. They kept trying to get into the room until they violently opened the door. They came to our bed, without even turning the lights on, they shone flashlights in our eyes and shouted German. Then they started to laugh at us. Turned out they were dressed as policemen. We still don’t know the reason of this invasion. My boyfriend and I are decent people and didn’t create any noise or problems, just sleeping. We really left traumatized after this bad experience and we had to take days off to recover. I’m still terrified. Female and solo travelers be cautious as this is very suspicious and alarming. They might be fake policemen as anyone can enter the object, a robbery/assault/human trafficking can occur. Lately I read reviews about other rooms being opened without consent, too.
The booking was in fact made under a female name.
