I chose this hotel based on its price and, although it's quite a long way from the city centre (but easily reachable via public transport), I was delighted with my choice. It is located in a charming, quiet, leafy area called Karlshorst and my large room was calm, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It represents excellent value for money the staff are helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Hotel sits on 2 sides of the road, disabled adapted room booked which was totally perfect for use of electric wheelchair. For the S-bahn just walk down the street (10min) and there you can take the elevator to the peron (station s3 karlshorst, with a net supermarket). To the center of Berlin you are on the road for a few minutes but actually not too bad. On the S3 line there are a lot of old wagons that are not flush with the peron and no road plate present (which is the case at most stations, which the driver then puts down for you). With the old wagons the bicycle wheelchair entrance does have rubber edge, but is a good bump up with an electric wheelchair. Hotel without breakfast booked so no information about that. Staff very friendly and helpful, parking can be on site but not much space available, in the street parking is further free. If I have to mention a lesser point the tram is down the street. If it's hot and you have your window open all night (and a room on the road side) you'll hear it. It's a suburb, so he doesn't come around very often. Furthermore, super good quiet place for a good price when visiting Berlin. Fat Fine.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.
My severely multiply disabled daughter and I stayed at the Mit-Mensch hotel for a few days.
I know warmth differently. We were not welcomed.
The first surprising statement: "You must pay the bill." We had bad experiences, and that is why we do this upon arrival.
We transferred the money.
Upon departure again: "You still have to pay."
We were not asked if we felt comfortable or anything like that.
It was always only about the money.
Even when you already had it, it was expressed and demanded strongly.
We received the bill later by email. Not a word of apology.
Almost pathological!!!
It's a pity that this is what remains from the stay.

All Good Nothing to complain about!!️ Gladly again
If you want to look for negative things and evaluate them, you will certainly find something everywhere.
The hotel fully fulfills the sense of why it is available.
It is handicapped accessible and you can not complain about it in any case as there is also an elevator in the main house.
It's clean
Of course, the rooms are not luxury suites,
But if you want them, you also have to be willing to dig much deeper into your pockets,
What we didn't have to do here
And it was a good base for visiting Berlin with connections to local and long-distance transport with S21, S3
Bahnhof Karlshorst.
If you don't like the ambience and hotel furnishings,
should go to the Athlon
Ritzt Charlton
Or Walldorf Astoria
And be prepared to bear these costs as well.
I myself can only remember my stay positively !!️

Located in a charming neighborhood with public transport options close by (a short walk from the train station or a tram stop right across the street). Checking in after office hours was very easy.
Minus points from thin walls. I could hear someone snoring in the next room :D Take earplugs with you.
