GOOD LEVEL BUSINESS HOTEL
A good level business hotel, very large, with several dining options. Very nice lobby. Average rooms, minimal style, but clean.

Relaxed stay
Nice hotel with good amenities, air conditioning was very easy to adjust, everything clean, especially the nice selection at the breakfast buffet and the always motivated restaurant manager are worth mentioning. The hotel is located in a business complex, a supermarket is on the ground floor, and the subway is 2 minutes away. Especially suitable for groups as well.

Tausend Dank, beabliko73. Ein entspanntes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, die U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, ein Supermarkt im Haus und dazu eine Klimaanlage, die auch an warmen Tagen für den nötigen Komfort sorgt. Das klingt nach einer rundum gelungenen Auszeit in Berlin.

Different Mercure
We stayed twice on our trip. Staff on reception not very welcoming but everything else. was ok. Different from other Mercures we have stayed in. Nice and central for Berlin. Breakfast was very busy. Could do with more staff as tables left uncleared.

Fantastic hotel
We had a wonderful stay at hotel MOA Berlin. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the climate was very pleasant despite the warm temperatures outside (about 28 degrees).
The breakfast was very rich and fresh, everything was replenished in time by the staff. We had a wonderful breakfast.
On the day of departure we were allowed to leave all our suitcases and even our shopping bags at the reception, as our train only left in the afternoon. This was also a very pleasant service for us.
During our stay we travelled a lot by metro, which is easily accessible from the hotel.
Given our positive experience with this hotel, we definitely plan to return again.

Hearing that you sank into a cool, quiet room after a 28° day, found the breakfast trays refilled before they were ever empty, and rolled your luggage to the desk for a carefree afternoon makes our day. Step outside and the U9 and S+U Westhafen whisk you across the city; linger nearby and the neighborhood opens up street by street. Outstanding value for money
I was pleasantly surprised by MOA Berlin. The hotel is much better than its overall rating and its price (around €100 per night) might suggest.
The room was excellent: very large, modern, in perfect condition, and with a very effective air conditioning system. The minibar was also a nice touch and worked well, with two bottles of water provided.
Another very practical feature is the small Edeka supermarket located in the same building. It is open every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, except on Sundays, which is very convenient if you need anything during your stay.
The breakfast is one of the hotel’s strong points. The selection is very wide, and there is even a machine serving freshly squeezed orange juice. The smoked salmon was of decent quality, and many of the products were genuinely very good. However, some items felt surprisingly low-end, probably frozen products such as rösti. In my opinion, these products should be removed, even if it means reducing the overall variety, because they give a cheap impression to a breakfast that is otherwise very good.
Unfortunately, my experience at the bar was less positive. The music was unfortunately extremely loud (a DJ was playing, except during the last hour of opening) which made the experience less enjoyable. The cocktails themselves were good and generously served, but the service could have been more efficient. There were very few customers and three employees were present, yet it was always necessary to wait before being able to order another drink. One of the employees, who seemed to be the manager because he was dressed differently, spent quite a lot of time on his phone in the adjacent breakfast room.
That said, the service was still acceptable overall. The staff were polite and friendly. To be fair to them, I think they are probably used to guests waiting a long time before ordering another drink, so they may not always notice when some customers would appreciate more attentive service. I do not think this reflects a lack of professionalism from the staff, who were courteous and helpful throughout my visit, but rather a missed opportunity to provide a more proactive level of service.
Overall, MOA Berlin offers excellent value for money. The rooms are much better than expected for this price range, the breakfast is mostly impressive, and the hotel has several very convenient features. With a few improvements to the bar service and some breakfast choices, it could be an even better experience.

We place water in rooms on arrival; for more snacks and drinks, vending machines wait on floors 2–4.
